Drawing upon years of experience in a variety of cooking styles the chefs create an evening of food to fit any theme and satisfy any appetite. |
| From the moment your guests arrive they are offered cocktails and hors d'oeuvres allowing you to continue greeting and mingling with your guest. After cocktails and hors d'oeuvres your guests are seated for dinner, a minimum of three courses with up to as many as you desire. |
| How about a little culinary education while you dine? Chefs Compton and Pittman, both graduates of The Culinary Institute of America, explain the ingredients and techniques used to prepare each dish. If your kitchen accommodates, your guest can watch as each course is prepared. |
| We handle it all even when it comes to clean up. Before we leave your home, your dishes are washed and your trash has been taken out. Except for the wonderful leftovers in the refrigerator you won't be able to tell you had a party the night before! |
